Lantronix E228G002S brings LTE Cat 4 to the E220 Series for EMEA deployments, with 3G fallback on bands 1 and 8 and 2G fallback on bands 3 and 8. The router supports wired WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi and RS-485 operation, plus 2 DI / 2 DO. Cellular can be configured as the primary connectivity mode or the WAN failover alternative to a wire line connection. E220 Series software includes a web-based user interface, set-up wizard, SMS / OTA remote configuration, TR-069 capability, OpenVPN client / server / pass-through, GRE and IPSec. Redundancy can use Ethernet, cellular and Wi-Fi as configurable failover or load-balancing.
