The Lantronix M/E-PSW-FX-02-NA is a Mini Fast Ethernet Media Converter for 10/100Base-TX to 100Base-FX connections. It connects RJ-45 copper Ethernet to 1300nm multimode fiber with an ST interface and a 2 km/1.2 mi fiber reach. The M/E-PSW Series supports Auto-Negotiation, Auto-MDI/MDIX, Fixed Full-Duplex on fiber, Automatic Link Restoration, and Far-End-Fault (FEF). Unit and Port LEDs provide quick status information. This model is built for teams that need to connect legacy network equipment or eliminate collision domains while integrating fiber optic cabling into a 10/100 UTP environment.
