Lantronix M/GE-PSW-SX-01(LC) is an M/GE-PSW Series Mini Gigabit Ethernet Media Converter for converting 10/100/1000Base-T (RJ-45) copper to 1000Base-SX 850nm multimode fiber with an LC connector. The listed copper distance is 100 m/328 ft. Fiber distance is 220 m/722 ft. on 62.5/125 µm fiber and 550m/1804 ft. on 50/125 µm fiber. Both fiber listings show a 7.0 dB link budget. The unit accepts 4.5 VDC to 28 VDC. Status LEDs identify power, fiber link/activity, and copper link/activity for normal installation checks.
Ideal For
- Connect a 10/100/1000Base-T (RJ-45) copper link to 1000Base-SX 850nm multimode fiber
- Use LC multimode fiber where 62.5/125 µm distance is 220 m/722 ft
- Use LC multimode fiber where 50/125 µm distance is 550m/1804 ft
- Install in environments rated for 0°C to 50°C operation
