Overview
About the Lantronix XPress-Pro SW
XPress-Pro SW (also written xPress Pro SW) is in Last Time Buy status; the source does not name a replacement. The orderable models are the XPress-Pro SW 92000 Series, plug-and-play unmanaged switches for industrial automation and field cabinets where a commercial switch would not survive the temperature, vibration or electrical noise.
The 92000 provides eight 10/100Base-TX ports with auto-negotiation and auto MDI/MDIX, and the 92012F version adds one 100Base-FX multimode SC fiber port (1310 nm, 62.5/125, 2 km typical, 15 dB budget). Switching is store-and-forward at full wire speed with a 2048-entry MAC table, 768 Kb buffer and latency under 7.1 μs. Dual redundant 10-48 VDC inputs feed the switch, and a relay output (1 A at 24 VDC) signals power or port link failure. Operating range is -34°C to 74°C in a hardened aluminum case.
The 92000 is UL 1604 classified for Class 1, Division 2, Groups A, B, C and D hazardous locations, meets NEMA TS1 and TS2 requirements for traffic control equipment, and complies with IEC 61000-6-2 industrial immunity. It mounts on DIN rail with the included kit or on a wall with the optional X9294PMKT-01 kit.

- UL 1604 classified for Class 1, Division 2, Groups A, B, C and D, temperature code T4A.
- Traffic cabinet ready
- Meets NEMA TS1 and TS2 environmental requirements for traffic control equipment, plus IEC 60068 vibration, shock and free-fall tests.
- Optional fiber uplink
- The 92012F adds a 100Base-FX multimode SC port reaching 2 km typical at 1310 nm, with a 15 dB optical budget.
How to choose the right XPress-Pro SW part number
X92000001-01 is the XPress-Pro SW 92000: eight 10/100Base-TX copper ports. X92012011-01 is the 92012F: the same eight copper ports plus one 100Base-FX multimode SC fiber port for runs up to 2 km typical on 62.5/125 fiber. Both share the -34°C to 74°C rating, redundant 10-48 VDC inputs and relay alarm. If the cabinet has only AC mains, add the X3024DR00-01, a hardened 24 VDC 1.5 A DIN-rail power supply. Both switches are Last Time Buy.
