Lantronix SBFTF1011-105 is an SBFTF Series stand-alone Fast Ethernet media and rate converter. It converts 10/100Base-TX over RJ-45 to 100Base-FX 1300nm multimode fiber over ST.

- Connecting Fast Ethernet copper equipment to multimode fiber
- Extending a 10/100Base-TX link up to 2 km/1.2 mi. over 100Base-FX fiber
- Supporting half-duplex and full-duplex Fast Ethernet environments
- Using Link Pass Through and Far-End-Fault (FEF) Detection for link-status visibility
