The Lantronix C2220-1014 is a C2220 Series managed Network Interface Device (NID) module for integrating 100Base-FX fiber optic cabling into 10/100/1000 copper environments. This SKU provides 10/100/1000Base-T (RJ-45) [100 m] to 100Base-FX 1310nm single mode (SC) [20 km/12.4 mi.] with a 16.0 dB link budget. The C2220 can be managed individually via an IP address or through the ION Management Module when installed in a managed ION chassis. The series supports IEEE 802.3ah Link OAM, VLAN, QoS, SSH/SSL, jumbo frame support, and bandwidth allocation. C2220 Series features include Link Pass Through, Far-End-Fault (FEF), Remote Loopback, DMI Optical Management, cable diagnostics for copper ports, RMON counters for each port, and field upgradeable firmware.
