Lantronix C3220-1014 is an ION C3220 Series managed Network Interface Device (NID) module for connecting 10/100/1000Base-T copper environments to 1000Base-LX fiber. This SKU provides an RJ-45 copper interface and a 1000Base-LX 1310nm single mode SC fiber interface with a listed distance of 10 km/6.2 mi. As a remotely managed device, the C3220 can be managed individually via an IP address or by the ION Management Module when installed in a managed ION chassis. Management features include IP-Based Remote Management, In-Band management, CLI, Web management, SNMP v1, v2c, and v3. The C3220 Series supports IEEE 802.3ah Link OAM, VLAN, QoS, SSH/SSL, jumbo frame support, and bandwidth allocation. Lantronix lists the platform for secure delivery of Ethernet services in business and mobile backhaul applications.
