Lantronix ION106-AAB is a 6-Slot ION Chassis for ION slide-in modules. This configuration includes (2) AC power supplies. The ION Platform integrates copper and fiber equipment with infrastructure for service provider, data center and core network applications. It accommodates a variety of modules and interface devices supporting multiple protocols and networking environments, including Ethernet and TDM networks. To take full advantage of the features and functions available with the ION Chassis, an ION Management Module is required. The management module connects to the chassis backplane, communicates with individual cards, and allows remote configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting of ION slide-in modules.
