Lantronix SDSTX3110-121S-LRT is a hardened slim serial device server with (1) RS-232/422/485 DB9 serial port and (2) 10/100Base-TX RJ-45 Fast Ethernet ports. It provides secured serial data communication across an Ethernet network using SSL data encryption, HTTPS and SSH management. The two 10/100 Fast Ethernet ports can be configured to communicate to one or multiple redundant servers. The device supports Virtual Com, Serial Tunnel, TCP Server, TCP Client and UDP operating modes. COM port redirector software enables serial data communication to a virtual COM port on a server. The unit can also be used in pairs to provide serial tunneling across the Ethernet network. SDSTX3110-121S-LRT has a slim IP30 enclosure for space-constraining cabinets, accepts 12 ~ 48 VDC power input with redundant inputs, and is certified to operate from -40°C to 70°C.
