Lantronix EDS1100 is a one-port secure device server in the EDS1100 / EDS2100 series. It provides remote access to and management of IT/networking equipment or edge devices with a serial port. The EDS1100 supports software selectable RS232, RS422 or RS485 modes and connects to the network through a 10BaseT and 100Base-TX Link interface. This SKU includes Evolution OS and a 100-240 VAC International power supply. Security and management are built into the platform, with SSL v3, SSH v2 Client & Server, AES, 3DES, RC4, DeviceInstaller, ComPort Redirector, Secure ComPort Redirector, Web, CLI, XML and SNMP tools listed for the series.
