Lantronix SGPAT1040-105-NA is an SGPAT Series stand-alone Fast & Gigabit Ethernet PoE / PoE+ media converter. It converts 10/100/1000Base-T PoE+ copper Ethernet to 100/1000Base-X fiber through an open SFP slot. As a Power Sourcing Equipment device, the SGPAT media converter combines data from the fiber optic link with 56VDC input power to provide power and data to a Powered Device over twisted pair cabling. The series complies with IEEE 802.3af PoE and IEEE 802.3at PoE+. The open SFP design supports 100Base-FX, 1000Base-X, or SGMII based MSA compliant SFP modules. Active Link Pass Through helps propagate link failures instead of isolating them at the media converter.
