This SISTG-211 Series media converter connects a 10/100/1000Base-T RJ-45 copper link to 1000Base-LX 1310nm single-mode SC fiber, with 9/125μm fiber reach of 10 km/6.2 mi. and a 10.5 dB link budget. It is an unmanaged hardened Gigabit Ethernet media converter with Auto-Negotiation, Auto-MDI/MDIX, Link Pass Through, and jumbo frame support to 9K bytes. Dual redundant 12 to 48 VDC inputs, reverse polarity protection, overload current protection, IP30 ingress protection, and DIN Rail Mounting Brackets Included support deployment in -40°C to +75°C operating temperatures. Lantronix lists UL Class 1, Div 2 for hazardous environments and a 5 Years warranty for the SISTG-211 Series.
