Lantronix Spoeb Series PoE Media Converter

Lantronix SPOEB1011-105-NA is a stand-alone Fast Ethernet PoE media converter for 10/100Base-TX PoE RJ-45 to 100Base-FX fiber. This configuration uses 1300nm multimode ST fiber with 2 km/1.2mi reach and an 11.0 dB link budget. The SPOEB Series enables enterprises to provide power to network devices over an existing CAT5 data connection. Lantronix AC powered PoE media converters combine data received over a fiber optic link with power for Data Terminal Equipment Power Devices over unshielded twisted pair cable. This model is Power Sourcing Equipment and is compatible with Powered Devices that comply with IEEE 802.3af. It includes PD detection signature, power monitoring, Over-Current Protection, Under-Current Detection, Minimum Load Sensing and Fault Protection Input. Switch-selectable settings cover copper auto-negotiation, forced speed, duplex, Link Pass Through and PSE control. Status LEDs indicate power, fiber link/activity/duplex, copper link/activity/speed/duplex and PoE status.
