Lantronix SPOEB Series SC PoE Media Converter | (North America)

The Lantronix SPOEB Series is a stand-alone Fast Ethernet PoE media converter for 10/100Base-TX PoE PSE to 100Base-FX connections. This SPOEB1013-105-NA configuration uses 1300nm multimode fiber with an SC connector and supports a 2 km/1.2mi. fiber link. Lantronix AC powered PoE media converters combine data received over a fiber optic link with -48 VDC power, providing power to DTE Powered Devices over unshielded twisted pair cable. The converter is IEEE 802.3af Power-over-Ethernet compatible and includes PD signature sensing and power monitoring features per the IEEE 802.3af standard. Operational features include Over-Current Protection, Under-Current Detection, Fault Protection Input, Auto-Negotiation, Auto-MDI/MDIX, Link Pass Through, Far-End-Fault, and Automatic Link Restoration. With the PSE/LPT switch enabled, loss of Fiber RX disables PSE power output on the UTP port for 2 seconds to allow the remote device to re-initialize.
