TN-J4859C is the 1000Base-LX member of the Lantronix TN-J48xxC Series of HP Compatible SFP Modules 1000Base-X (LC). It is a hot-pluggable SFP optical transceiver with a Duplex LC connector and SFP Multi-Sourcing Agreement (MSA) compliance. The module operates at 1310nm over single-mode fiber and lists 20 km/12.4 mi. distance with a 16.0 dB link budget. It uses 3.3V power input. Applications include Gigabit Ethernet switches and routers, Fiber Channel switch infrastructure, xDSL applications, and Metro Edge Switching. The series lists IEEE 802.3z and IEEE 802.3 standards, IEC-60825 and FDA 21, CFR 1040.10 and 1040.11 certifications, and a lifetime warranty.
