Lantronix TN-USB3-SX-01(LC) is a Scorpion-USB 3.0 Gigabit Ethernet fiber adapter for creating an EMI-secure data connection between a USB port on a PC, laptop, or tablet and a 1000Mbps Ethernet fiber port on a switch. This SKU is the TN-USB3 Series 1000Base-SX multimode LC version. It lists 220 m/722 ft. reach on 62.5/125 µm fiber, 550 m/1804 ft. reach on 50/125 µm fiber, and a 7.0 dB link budget. The adapter is designed for fiber-rich networking environments where a computing device needs access to a fiber-based Gigabit Ethernet network through USB 3.0. It is USB bus powered, supports IEEE 802.1Q VLAN tagging, and includes LEDs for USB Speed / Activity and fiber Link / Activity.
