The Lantronix UDS1100-IAP is an external Device Server for connecting industrial equipment with a serial port to Ethernet or the Internet. It provides one DB25F DCE serial port with software-selectable RS232, RS422 or RS485 and a 10Base-T/100Base-TX RJ45 Ethernet port. UD1100IA2-01 is the international power-supply configuration. It includes a 100-240 VAC International power supply with regional adapters, a 500-163 cable and an ACDIN1001-01 DIN rail mount. The UDS1100-IAP includes Modbus TCP, ASCII and RTU protocols, a built-in web server, DeviceInstaller configuration software and Com Port Redirector software. It can be set up locally through its serial port or remotely using Telnet or a web browser. For industrial deployments, the device lists a -40° to 70° C operating range, 15kV serial ESD protection, RoHS and WEEE compliance, and agency approvals including UL, CSA, FCC, CE, TUV, CTick and VCCI.
