XPort XE is a compact, integrated Lantronix XPort module for adding serial-to-Ethernet connectivity and control to products with serial capability. XP1001000M-05R is listed as a RoHS Extended Temperature configuration with MODBUS and without Encryption. Networking is built around Ethernet 10Base-T or 100Base-TX (Auto-Sensing) in a single RJ45 package. XPort includes a full-featured network protocol stack, a built-in web server for device communication and configuration, and Windows®-based DeviceInstaller configuration software. Serial integration uses a CMOS asynchronous, 5V tolerant interface with 300 bps to 921,600 bps data rates. The operating temperature range is -40° to 85°C (-40° to 185°F).
