Lantronix C6010-1013 is a C6010 Series managed media converter for extending T1/E1 or PRI connections over fiber optic cabling. This SKU connects twisted pair RJ-48 [1.5 km/0.9 mi.] to 1300nm SC fiber [2 km/1.2 mi.] with a 12.0 dB link budget. C6010 Series converters must be used in pairs, one on each end of the fiber link. A typical installation uses a chassis card in a centrally located managed ION chassis linked over fiber to an S6010 stand-alone converter at the remote location. The C6010 Series supports remote in-band management, copper or fiber loopbacks, switch-selectable T1 or E1 operation, remote firmware upgrade, and LEDs for immediate visual status. SNMP management is supported when used with an ION chassis and management module.
