Does the ION219-A support redundant power?▾
Yes. The chassis has two open bays for ION power supply modules. Only one power supply module is required to power the chassis and installed modules; an optional second power supply module provides redundancy for instant fail-over.
Is an ION Management Module required?▾
To take full advantage of the features and functions available with the ION Chassis, an ION Management Module is required. It connects to the chassis backplane and communicates with the individual cards in the chassis.
