Lantronix SGETF1013-110 is an SGETF Series stand-alone Gigabit Ethernet media converter for integrating fiber optic cabling into 1000Base-T copper environments. This SKU converts 1000Base-T (RJ-45) up to 100 m/328 ft. to 1000Base-SX 850nm multimode fiber over an SC interface. Operating at Layer 1, the physical layer, the converter passes data through at line speed for applications where low latency is essential. The SGETF Series includes Auto-MDI/MDIX, Copper & Fiber Auto-Negotiation, Transparent Link Pass Through, Automatic Link Restoration, Pause and Remote Fault Detect. For multimode fiber, SGETF1013-110 supports 220 m/722 ft. on 62.5/125 µm fiber and 550 m/1804 ft. on 50/125 µm fiber, each with a 7.0 dB link budget.
