The series is described by Lantronix as Cisco Compatible 10GBase SFP+ Modules 10GBase-X, SFP+ With DMI (LC). Applications include 10G Ethernet switches and routers and Metro Edge Switching. The TN-SFP-10G-xR Series is 10G Small Form-Factor Pluggable (SFP+) MSA compliant, includes SFF-8472 Digital Diagnostic Function (DMI), uses a single +3.3V power supply, and is RoHS compliant.
