Lantronix SGFEB1013-130 is a stand-alone Gigabit Ethernet media and rate converter in the SGFEB Series. It converts 10/100/1000Base-T (RJ-45) copper Ethernet to 1000Base-SX 850nm multimode fiber with an SC connector. This SKU supports a 100 m/328 ft. copper run. Its listed multimode fiber distances are 220 m/722 ft. on 62.5/125 um fiber and 550 m/1804 ft. on 50/125 um fiber, with a 7.5 dB link budget. The SGFEB Series provides rate conversion while also increasing transmission distances. Series features include Auto Negotiation, Auto-MDI/MDIX, Link Pass Through, Far End Fault (FEF), Remote Fault Detect, and IEEE 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet.
