Lantronix C2110-1039 is an ION Fast Ethernet media converter module that provides an interface between 100Base-TX ports and 100Base-FX ports. This SKU converts 100Base-TX (RJ-45) [100 m/328 ft.] to 100Base-FX 1300nm multimode (LC) [2 km/1.2 mi.] with an 11.0 dB link budget. The module operates at 100 Mbps, Layer 1. It supports Auto-Negotiation of speed and duplex on the TP port, Auto-MDI/MDIX on the TP port, Link Pass Through, Far-End-Fault detection, Automatic Link Restoration and Pause advertisement. C2110-1039 can be used in any ION Platform Chassis. Manageable Features are available when used in an ION Platform chassis along with an ION Management Module, including converter status reporting and write operations for settings such as Auto-Negotiation, LPT, FEF, Pause and Auto-MDI/MDIX.
