About the Lantronix SISPM1040-362-LRT
The SISPM1040-362-LRT, part of the SISPM1040-300 Series, connects and powers IP cameras, sensors and roadside equipment in harsh outdoor and industrial locations. It runs from -40 °C to +75 °C, carries UL Class 1 Division 2 safety certification and lists NEMA TS-2 compliance for traffic control cabinets, and Lantronix notes it appears on the Florida DOT Approved Product List. Its 120 W PoE budget supplies a full 30 W to all four PoE+ ports at the same time, so no port has to be derated.
The switch has eight ports in total: four 10/100/1000 PoE+ ports, two 10/100/1000 RJ-45 ports without PoE and two 100/1000 SFP slots. For network resilience it supports G.8032 ERPS, G.8031 linear protection, MRP (IEC 62439-2) and Lantronix Rapid Ring with recovery under 20 ms. Other features include IEEE 1588v2 PTP, 802.1X, 4K VLANs, 256-entry ACLs, LACP, 9.6K jumbo frames, PoE scheduling and Auto Power Reset.
Power input is 48-57 VDC on redundant inputs with reverse-polarity protection, and a 24 VDC/1 A relay output and a digital input support alarm wiring. The embedded Device Management System gives integrators topology, floor and map views of connected devices, and a Lantronix plug-in integrates with Milestone XProtect VMS.
