Lantronix M/GE-T-SX-01-EU belongs to the M/GE-T Series of Mini Gigabit Ethernet Media Converters. It converts 1000Base-T RJ-45 copper to 1000Base-SX 850nm multimode fiber with an SC interface. This EU power-supply configuration lists 100m/328 ft. on the copper side, 220 m/722 ft. on 62.5/125 µm multimode fiber and 550 m/1804 ft. on 50/125 µm multimode fiber. The listed link budget is 7.0 dB. The series lists Auto-Negotiation, Auto-MDI/MDIX, Automatic Link Restoration, Fiber Link Pass Through, Low-Latency Design and Jumbo Frames up to 13312bytes. Status LEDs report power, fiber link/activity and copper link/activity. The unit measures 1.8” [46 mm] x 3.3” [85 mm] x 0.85″ [22 mm] and operates from 0°C to 50°C. The series lists an external AC/DC supply requirement of +12VDC, 0.5A.
