The Lantronix M/GE-T-LX-01 converts 1000Base-T copper to 1000Base-LX single mode fiber in the M/GE-T Series. Its RJ-45 copper side supports 100m/328 ft.; its 1310m single mode SC fiber side supports 10 km/6.2 mi. with a 10.5db link budget. The series supports Auto-Negotiation, Auto-MDI/MDIX, Automatic Link Restoration, Fiber Link Pass Through, Low-Latency Design and Jumbo Frames up to 13312bytes. Status LEDs show power, fiber link/activity and copper link/activity. At 1.8” [46 mm] x 3.3” [85 mm] x 0.85″ [22 mm], it is 65% smaller than standard media converter and uses an external AC/DC power supply.
